Jia Wood Day Master: The Upright Tree
You grow straight up, and you shelter the people around you.
Upright and dependable, with a strong sense of direction. You open up fully when you have a stage to grow into.
- At your best
- Principled and steady; once something is yours, you see it through.
- With people
- You shelter the people around you; others lean on you.
- Blind spot
- At full strength you resist being managed, and head-on collisions cost both sides.
- At work
- Roles where you build for the long term: founder, team lead, architecture and planning, teaching, product leadership, nonprofit or policy work.
